The are looking for a Mid-Senior Designer to join the team. Someone who combines outstanding design thinking & craft with strategic insight, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire and guide others. You’ll be responsible for leading design across multiple brands and projects, mentoring junior team members, and delivering high-impact design work that aligns with client goals and business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in design

Showcases a portfolio of exceptional design work across multiple platforms.

Strong conceptual thinking and design execution skills.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Ability to interrogate briefs, challenge assumptions, and find creative solutions.

Experience managing and mentoring Midweight & Junior Designers.

Advanced knowledge of latest design tools and trends (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma, Powerpoint).

Experience working on fast paced pitches. Delivering high end crafted assets & slides.
