The Studio
An independent brand and design studio working with global brands within the arts and cultural sector. This agency has developed a reputation for delivering ambitious projects that have a meaningful impact. Their work spans brand, placemaking and digital, all underpinned by insightful strategy and intelligent design. Everyone in the consultancy works side by side in a highly collaborative way, where every team member is encouraged to have a voice, share opinions and ideas, and take ownership, enabling them to grow within their role. The studio offers a supportive and open culture where new approaches and ways of working are welcomed and discussed. They are together in the studio 3 days a week for collaboration and team-spirit with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
The Opportunity
This person will have the opportunity to work across a great range of projects within the cultural sector, collaborating with major institutions, organisations and corporations to define and shape their brand. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of brand thinking and how a brand is expressed, built and developed across different touchpoints, as well as a keen eye for detail and beautiful design. You’ll work with a talented and ambitious team, alongside Creative and Design Directors and the wider studio. The role would suit someone who enjoys playing an active role in the studio, making a valuable contribution to client projects and the team culture.
Our Ideal Candidate
Has significant experience working with clients across culture, arts, placemaking and education.
With a deep understanding of brand creation, communications and digital.
Is collaborative, open-minded and brings great energy to projects and the team around them.
Has an impressive portfolio of work, showcasing clear and compelling ideas, brand thinking and beautiful executions.
Is naturally interested and immersed in current design culture, trends and developments.
Previous experience in digital, motion and UI would be a distinct benefit.
