The Role

We’re seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to become an integral part of our creative team, working directly with our Creative Director to bring Verdant’s vision to life across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role where your creativity will directly impact how our customers experience our brand – from the moment they spot our cans on the shelf to the merchandise they proudly wear.

You’ll be the creative engine that keeps our sales and marketing teams moving forward seamlessly, ensuring they never have to wait for the materials they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Brand Guardian: Maintain and evolve our distinctive brand identity across all channels and materials

Can Label Design: Create eye-catching, shelf-stopping designs for our ever-expanding range of beers

Marketing Materials: Design compelling sales materials, promotional content, and campaign assets that drive results

Merchandise Design: Develop branded merchandise that our customers love to own and wear

Collaborative Creation: Work closely with our Creative Director to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns

Project Management: Juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards

Brand Consistency: Ensure every piece of creative work reflects Verdant’s personality and values

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of design experience, ideally within FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging design

Experience designing for both digital and print applications

A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, creativity, and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Passion for craft beer and understanding of the industry (bonus points!)
