We’re looking for a Junior–Mid-weight Designer ready to step up and make an impact.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take the lead on creative briefs – from developing bold visual concepts to crafting beautifully executed BAU assets and pitch decks. You’ll be confident switching gears between big ideas and detailed rollouts.

Working closely with our Creative Director, Account Leads, and Marketing Manager, you’ll bring fresh ideas and high-quality execution across a range of formats and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality digital and print-ready assets across campaigns, ensuring outputs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications
- Design compelling PowerPoint decks, award entries and case studies for Bicycle London
- Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop visual concepts to roll out brand assets
- Support with the day-to-day delivery of BAU and campaign assets across digital, print and presentation formats
- Be a stickler for organisation and working within budgets
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in a design role (agency experience is a plus)
- Skilled in designing digital assets (social, banners, emails) and preparing artwork for print
- Strong presentation design skills (Google Slides, PDFs) with excellent layout and typographic standards
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A solid understanding and use of A.I applications
- A detail-driven, organised designer who is comfortable juggling multiple projects
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for craft and creativity
Ideal additional skills and attributes
- Motion skills (After Effects or similar)
- Agency experience preferred but not essential
- Figma and A.I knowledge
- Knowledge of digital ad specs
