We are looking for an experienced freelance UX & UI Designer to support us on a selection of projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design beautiful, high-performing pages that also allow our clients to express their brand DNA and storytelling.
• Make design decisions informed by data, insights, customer research, and e-commerce best practices.
• Design pixel-perfect, modular components across different breakpoints.
• Create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes, considering animations and micro-interactions.
• Participate in design presentations.
• Document design systems and collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.

Core Skills

• Experienced in Figma, with extensive knowledge of best practices, including components, auto-layout, design systems, and libraries.
• Able to share high-quality design work and explain the research and process behind it.
• Strong visual communication skills.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and CRO usability guidelines and best practices, with the ability to challenge them where appropriate.
• A keen interest in fashion and luxury.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to know when to break design rules, and when to follow them.
• Flexibility to look beyond a brief, ask the right questions to challenge requests, and tailor presentations to align with client requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to work according to the UK time zone.

   

Additional Information

This is a freelance position and can be fully remote. Our London team works on a hybrid basis and is in the office 2–3 times a week, you’d be welcome to join if you’re based in London.
