The Studio

Creative design agency based in Kent seeks a creative strategist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic studio working with a wide range of clients across the UK and Internationally. The business has seen incredible growth and is looking for a senior strategist to strengthen their offering. 

They work two days in the office with three days from home and offer an extensive list of perks, benefits and fantastic work/life balance. 

The role

Working into the Head of Strategy you will take responsibility for the strategic direction of key clients providing intelligent insight, creativity and critical thinking across communications and campaigns. 

You will research, understand and guide bringing effective brand and marketing strategies to life. Day to day you will look to develop client relationships and influence senior stakeholders proactively bringing the agencies thoughts and ideas into any strategy led presentation. You will also be involved in pitching and new business. 

What we are looking for:

• At-least three yrs+ in a mid to senior level strategic role working for a creative design or marketing agency. 
• Strong analytical and research problem solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills including copywriting for reports, content and campaigns and excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns. 
• Confidence working across marketing disciplines with a passion for data driven narratives and creativity.
