An innovative commercial property company. The in-house design and marketing team serves the creative needs of the company and its three distinct brand verticals. The multi-disciplined team works cohesively to deliver 360 campaigns and design solutions to the highest standard. They are seeking a conceptual senior designer to join the ranks and lead them into an exciting new brand direction. Working directly with the head of strategy and marketing you will have the opportunity to redevelop the companies online presence and redevelop one of the verticals brands entirely. The company fosters a very tight-knit environment, nurturing and developing relationships to maintain the highest standards of employee satisfaction and ensure output is of the highest possible standard. They are based in Central/East London and work full time on-site, though arrangements can be made if personal requirements insist upon a hybrid set-up.
The Opportunity
The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design and Creative professional to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong passion for pushing design boundaries. You will play a crucial role in elevating our brands in a competitive market, setting them apart through innovative and impactful design solutions. You will be working on brand and marketing deliverables across print, digital, video, events, merchandising. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded and multitalented creative.
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Especially – Indesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Bonus if Figma is also known.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and brand development.
- Proven skills in photography, videography, and motion graphics.
- Experience in editing video content and producing professional videos.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and keep projects on track.
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a keen ability to push creative boundaries.
