Overview

Oxide Computer Company is seeking a senior freelance designer for brand and creative work across all major company touchpoints. Working on expanding and updating the marketing site, sales and marketing collateral, product launches, as well as new opportunities as they arise.

This is a flexible, part‑time retainer (a couple of days a week on average; we’re open on cadence and hours) with potential to grow into a longer‑term or full‑time engagement.

You’ll work across multiple mediums, including web, motion, social, print, and merch in order to deliver clear effective design that advances and expands our growing brand. Evolving our brand system, ensuring it remains consistent, scalable, and relevant. Including developing and refining tools, templates, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience across brand, marketing, and digital design, with a portfolio that shows range and depth
• Excellent visual, brand and web design design skills with a strong attention to detail and a love for the craft

What you’ll bring

• Systems-oriented approach: you think in components, patterns, and reusable workflows
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and interest in code and design tooling (a strong plus)
• Experience with tech/start-ups or complex technical products (bonus)
