We’re looking for a confident middleweight designer with strong conceptual thinking, a great eye for detail, and the ability to lead client conversations with clarity and charm to join our design team, working full-time from our studio in London, to begin immediately.

At our studio, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, high-impact design solutions across a wide range of projects—from brand creation and packaging to web design, corporate design and pop-up experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and pushing boundaries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking projects from brief to delivery across brand, print, and digital.
• Presenting work directly to clients and managing day-to-day communication.
• Collaborating closely with the creative director and junior designers.
• Bringing fresh thinking and strategic insight to briefs, not just visuals.
• Managing your own time and workload across multiple projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a creative agency or studio setting.
• Excellent typographic and layout skills.
• Confident communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead client presentations and respond to feedback constructively.

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Fluent English communication

Preferred (but not required):

• Skills in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
• Animation skills
• Squarespace and/or light coding experience
• Experience with Figma and Canva
• ISTD

• Approx £35,000 depending on experience
