Troubadour is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual direction and execution across all digital channels—marketing, e-commerce, brand, and social. This role is ideal for a conceptual thinker and digital design leader who is as excited about impactful ideas as they are about meticulous execution.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s presence—from product storytelling and digital launches to compelling brand visuals and high-performing digital campaigns. Collaborating closely with our marketing, growth, e-commerce, and design teams, you’ll bring thoughtful and beautifully executed digital creative to life, defining Troubadour’s visual identity steeped in premium performance, elevated design, and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Execute Creative Design
Develop creative concepts and visual frameworks for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing digital content.
Evolve and maintain the Troubadour brand system, ensuring consistency and freshness across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Hands-On Digital Design & Content Creation
Conceptualize, design, and oversee brand photography and video assets for e-commerce, social media, product pages, and digital campaigns.
Produce visually compelling assets for email marketing, paid ads, website banners, landing pages, Amazon listings, and social platforms.
Ensure all creative reflects Troubadour’s premium aesthetic, design ethos, and sustainability values.
Manage Creative Production
Oversee digital content production processes, including scheduling, budgeting, talent sourcing, and asset management.
Coordinate with in-house teams and freelancers to deliver high-quality digital assets efficiently and on-brand.
Maintain smooth workflow and project management across digital channels (including Amazon, email, paid media, website, and social).
Collaborate Across Teams
Align digital creative outputs with marketing calendars, product launches, and strategic business objectives.
Support product and strategy teams in creating digital assets, including packaging visuals, campaign materials, UX enhancements, and conversion-driven site optimizations.
Manage the digital creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring clear organization and accessibility of assets.
Manage, Mentor & Optimise
Provide mentorship, feedback, and strategic direction to internal designers and freelance contributors.
Use performance data (engagement, traffic, conversions) to continuously refine and enhance digital creative effectiveness.
Champion digital brand excellence, ensuring clarity, purpose, and high impact in all creative outputs.
We’re Excited About You Because…
You have 6+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in-house specializing in lifestyle, fashion, or DTC brands.
You’re a hands-on designer with exceptional taste and attention to detail.
You possess extensive experience designing high-performance digital creative for e-commerce, social, email, and paid media.
You have expertise in managing photo and video productions from start to finish.
You’re knowledgeable about UX best practices and enjoy optimizing the digital customer journey across platforms.
You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a growing brand.
You approach your design strategically, backing up decisions with data-driven insights and strong creative rationale.
You excel at cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and creative teams.
Bonus points for experience in performance marketing, sustainability-focused brands, or premium/luxury sectors.
