Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-ho

useteam! You’ll be responsible for crafting visually compelling, on-brand creative that people love and elevates the look and feel of everything we put into the world, from email campaigns and social content to packaging and web assets.

Working closely with our founder, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across all touchpoints. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where no two days are the same, perfect for a designer who loves visual story-telling and thrives on bringing ideas to life!

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Brand Creative

• Design beautiful, on-brand graphics for: Email campaigns, Social media (feed, stories, ads), Website banners and promotional assets, Print marketing materials (packaging inserts, in-store graphics)

• Maintain visual consistency across all creative and channels

• Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and key marketing moments with fresh concepts

2. Digital Design

• Work with the team to create engaging website visuals, homepage assets, and landing page graphics

• Ensure all designs are optimised for mobile, desktop, and accessibility – working with our web developer

3. Product & Packaging Support

• Assist with product tech packs and visual assets for new colourways or product variations

• Create artwork for packaging, stickers, and print production files

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and print specifications

4. Brand Development & Innovation

• Contribute ideas to help evolve and grow our brand identity

• Bring a fresh eye and enthusiasm

The Brand

Tallow + Ash is a modern UK brand reimagining laundry with a blend of luxury and sustainability. Founded in June 2023, we create non-toxic, biodegradable, and vegan laundry products that deliver designer-level fragrance without compromising on skin safety or environmental impact.

Developed by UK chemists and master perfumers, the range includes laundry shampoos, conditioners, fabric sprays, and stain removers, all free from dyes, phosphates, and microplastics. The mission is to transform laundry from a chore into a ritual, offering products that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.
