Title: Project Lead – Wayfinding & Built Environment

A studio specialising in wayfinding and design for the built environment is looking for a Project Lead to join their growing team in London.
The Facts:
With nearly 15 years of experience and 50 team members across London, Milan, and China, the studio delivers bespoke, urban developments, cultural destinations, transport systems, with major work in Saudi Arabia.
You will have a strong background in wayfinding, architecture or environmental/graphic design. It would suit someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and wants more responsibility leading both people and projects. You get the chance to work at scale and see your expertise reflected in high profile work. It’s an ideal next step for a design professional looking to deepen their impact and grow within a creative, collaborative studio.
You’ll be:
- Leading and managing multiple wayfinding and environmental design projects from concept to completion
- Guiding creative direction while supporting and mentoring project teams
- Coordinating with clients, collaborators, and directors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Balancing hands-on design work with project leadership (roughly 50/50 split)
You’ll have:
- A strong background in wayfinding, architecture, or environmental design
- Proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments
- Proven track record of delivering projects through construction phases
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
- Confident working across early-stage strategy and technical wayfinding
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- International project experience is a bonus, particularly in the public realm or infrastructure sectors
This is a full-time position based in central London, with a hybrid work setup (Fridays from home).
