The Studio

We’re working with an independent brand communications agency, entrepreneurial and collaborative in spirit, nicely ambitious and genuinely supportive of their team.

This is a small but well-established studio, working with a roster of well-known brands and clients to build a reputation for delivering exceptional work.  They are looking for a Middleweight Designer to join their growing team and add some significant value to each and every client project.  They do a mix of brand identity and communications work so are looking for someone who is confident in these areas.

The Opportunity

This role would suit someone who has a few years’ experience in a similar studio environment and is ready for their next step.  Being a small, close-knit and highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project, from conceptual stages through to design development and delivery.  As such, you’ll need to have a great mix of ideas, design techniques and software skills as well as a positive and adaptable approach.

This is a great opportunity to add some real value and help this agency achieve their ambitions. You’ll have the chance to work on some high-level client projects and household names and deliver some amazing work you’ll be proud of.

The ideal candidate:

Is an established mid-weight ready to be part of a small but growing studio

Is super-organised and methodical, capable of working on multiple projects successfully with sharp attention to the smallest of details

Is confident on the tools and enjoys the day-to-day delivery of projects

But also likes to be involved in ideas and concept stages

Is self-sufficient, adaptable and able to solve problems independently and effectively

Enjoys contributing ideas, recommendations and solutions to improve agency processes, approach and culture
