Exciting employee-owned global content studio is looking for an exceptional creative lead to join their growing team.

This studio seeks to bring creative and strategic thinking to social and digital content, and with over 800 brands who have benefitted from their creative expertise; they’re a true powerhouse in what they do. Their agile and ambitious team encompasses design, copywriting, 3D, animation, video editing, motion graphics, creator content and augmented reality.

The Opportunity

This role would suit an experienced creative lead who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This role is hands-off in execution but very hands-on in direction: you will be on hand to provide sharp guidance in motion design, art direction and strategy.

Alongside the creative director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with some of this agency’s top clients to take briefs, push the creative strategy for these accounts and manage the vision through the studio.

The Ideal Candidate

Has a proven track record working as a creative lead or similar on large scale campaigns with a digital or motion focus.

Is a decisive leader as well as a clear and confident communicator, able to lead and manage the creative team but also able to liaise with clients to deliver the very best creative work.

Leads by example in company endeavours, championing the agency’s principles and values in every aspect of work. Ensures that these values are reflected in individual and team efforts, leading to a positive and collaborative studio environment.
