The Studio

An award-winning and highly reputable retail design agency that has had amazing success partnering with iconic fashion and lifestyle brands to deliver exciting brand environments. This is a talented team of experts working across a diverse range of creative solutions and projects for retail environments, brand experiences and communications from conceptual stages through to final delivery and installation.  It’s a highly collaborative environment and an emphasis on the team being together in the studio 3 days a week with the flexibility to work from home the other 2 days. 

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an established senior with strong knowledge and expertise in the retail sector. This person will work closely with the Design Director to lead projects, maintain a consistently high standard of creativity and design, and support more junior members of the team.  You’ll play a key role in leading ideation and brainstorm sessions, client presentations and internal work allocation, helping to ensure that the team feels inspired, fully informed and focused across all projects.  You’ll have the chance to own and deliver the design process from concept to completion, working alongside project managers, strategists and external partners. Ultimately, you’ll add significant value to the Studio’s approach, culture and overall creative output.

The Ideal Candidate

Will need significant experience in 3D design for retail environments and interiors.

With exceptional conceptual and visualisation abilities, 

And first-class skills in Cinema 4D, Sketch Up and Vectorworks.

Has an impressive folio demonstrating work in the fashion, sports, lifestyle brand sectors.

Is comfortable and confident in a client facing role,

With team management responsibilities and accountability for creative outcomes.
