The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and creative person to join our brilliant team and help us continue on our journey of becoming one of the most famous and followed brands on social.

You will collaborate with the Head of Brand, Co-Founders and manage in-house content creators, freelancers and a Social Media Creator, with opportunities to scale your team as the business grows.

This is an opportunity to learn from industry leaders. You’ll gather consumer insights, create best-in-class paid and organic creative, manage influencer programs, launch brand partnerships, and more – all of which are crucial in driving TRIP’s success.

About you

  • 4+ years experience in a modern consumer brand.
  • Excellent writing skills and a knack for creating content ideas that thrive in digital marketing.
  • A superuser of Instagram and TikTok, including current trends and best practices. You feel comfortable creating content on both platforms.
  • You love brand-building—you listen to the podcasts, read the marketing books, and analyse every Tube ad.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams while keeping projects on track.
  • Tenacious and action-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Clear and kind communicator, skilled at building relationships and inspiring those around you.


Key Responsibilities

1. Produce high-performing TikTok and Meta organic and paid content

Ultimately we need an always-on social media function that produces brilliant content. You will lead this area, execute the strategy and continually test, learn and play to create the most-shared content on social

2. Produce campaigns with influencers, celebrities, and brands

Support the Senior Partnership Lead in identifying and closing deals with influential individuals and brands in the UK and the US that delight our community and elevate our brand.

Develop exciting and well-thought-out briefs for shoots, overseeing production and delivery to the digital marketing team.

3. Execute NPD launches

Develop the strategy, positioning, and execution for new product launches online.

4. Uphold brand guardianship

Ensure consistency and excellence across all digital channels.

 

The Package

Location: Bright and spacious office 1 minute from Notting Hill Gate station.

Salary: £40-50k

Pension Plan: 3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution
