The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading visual design initiatives that effectively communicate our brand identity, product benefits, and company values. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to produce a wide range of creative assets — from digital campaigns to packaging tailored to the lighting manufacturing industry.

• Design high-impact visual assets for product launches, packaging and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand technical details and translate them into engaging visual formats.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all platforms while ensuring consistency.
• Lead and mentor junior designers overseeing quality and timelines.
• Create digital content for website, email campaigns, social media, and online ads.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
