The Client 

Our client a luxury hotel group in central London is seeking a brand manager to join their marketing team on a fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful hospitality business working with a talented brand and marketing team. The role is 4 days based on site in London with 1 day from home. 

The Opportunity

Acting as brand guardian you will safe- guard and promote the hotels brands and marketing function offering brand guidance and support. Day to day you will work closely with the head of brand contributing to brand campaign management and marketing initiatives. You’ll help manage workflow in the office and manage projects for producing brand compliant marketing materials, creating briefs, workflows, tracking progress and meeting deadlines using the project management system. You’ll coordinate photography and video requirements including planning and overseeing shoots while liaising with hotels, photographers and stylists. You’ll also take on special projects as required and organise the distribution of marketing materials to hotels. 

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role in brand/marketing ideally inhouse for a luxury/lifestyle/hospitality brand. 
• Knowledge of the requirements of a strong, growing brand and its key target audiences
• A strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creativity, from idea generation to implementation
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling
• The ability to manage time and projects effectively, meeting deadlines
• Confidence challenging briefs and problem solving.
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required
• Well organised and priority focused
• The ability to develop relationships with international hotel teams
