Who We Are

Clearer HealthTech (formerly Theia Bio) is a health technology startup dedicated to improving people’s health and wellness with the best nutraceutical products and digital health technologies. It aims to build a beautiful and world-class DTC brand.

The company started out in 2022 with a research-backed eye health supplement. Over the past two years, it grew 260% YoY and was featured in national and international media. This year, Clearer will refresh its branding, expand its product offerings, and scale up marketing and distribution. Over the next 5-10 years, it will become an innovative and world-leading health and wellness brand.

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to take over branding, design, and content creation responsibilities from the founder. You will be given extraordinary creative freedom, and you will be expected to learn new things and take on new responsibilities and grow with the company. You will also be generously compensated.

You should be ready to work in person in central London for 3-4 days per week.

What You Will Do

• Set branding directions
• Create visual assets for social media, digital marketing, website. email newsletters…
• Organise product and video shoots and edit photos and videos
• Liaise with advertising agencies and manage content production
• Create landing pages
• Keep abreast of the latest advertising and branding trends
• Manage influencers and content creators and set style guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design/web or UX design/branding/advertising (desirable, but new graduates are welcome too)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that illustrate your taste, creativity, technical expertise, and eye for detail
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience in video production and editing (desirable but not required)
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
