Brand Culture, an award-winning, full-service partnerships agency specialising in entertainment and lifestyle, has an amazing opportunity for a Senior Designer with a flair for art direction to join our growing team and work across an enviable portfolio of international brand accounts.
You may be a talented Senior Designer with 5+ year’s design background at an established integrated, shopper or promotional marketing agency who’s eager to flex your creative muscles that bit earlier in the creative briefing process. Or, you’re a Junior Art Director with a design background who’s brimming with fresh concepts and just looking for more variety in your work. Either way, you’ll love delivering integrated campaigns for big brands in the entertainment and lifestyle space and be looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment.
You’ll be familiar with the marketing benefits of leveraging passion points like film, gaming, music, travel and sport in brand marketing campaigns, and able to demonstrate an integrated, 360-degree creative approach to land entertainment-led concepts ‘with legs’. As such, you’ll also have a keen eye for balancing share of voice between brands and rights holders to ensure creative ideas land with maximum effect – from master key visual to design adapts and executions across formats and channels including instore/shopper, digital, social and experiential.
You’ll be equally at home visualising your own concepts as well as the wider creative team’s, and as Brand Culture continues to grow you’ll thrive on working closely with our creative director, client services director and client team leads to help influence how we build out our internal design team and resource.
