An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Sales Enablement, Design and Marketing Lead to join our Chief Client Office (CCO) team here at Quorsus.

What you’ll do:
Sales Enablement:
- Lead the creation of key sales collateral materials for Quorsus
- Lead the creation of identified proposals or RFPs
- Create go to market strategies and proposals for Quorsus solutions and ideas
- Lead the strategy for Sales Enablement, along with any identified mapping of processes, roadmaps or books of work
Marketing:
- Support the setup and strategy for the Website and Branding Refreshes, along with any identified mapping of processes, roadmaps, or books of work
- Support in the delivery of specific areas of the Website and Branding book of work
- Support the firm with external communications and messaging. Previous experience of all in one marketing platforms such as MailChimp would be beneficial
Experience:
- Having experience within sales enablement and marketing along with a good understanding of capital markets would be beneficial but is not critical
- The ideal candidate would also have experience in implementing a significant company rebrand though this is not a requirement
Skills/Characteristics:
- Passionate about a career in Financial Markets Consulting
- Advanced PowerPoint and design tool skills e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Etc
- Incredibly organised – able to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks at once
- Diligent and structured – strong attention to detail with a drive for accuracy and quality, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to focus on operational excellence, process design and execution. Able to develop plans and ideas independently, whilst collaboratively seeking feedback along the way
- Analytical – able to independently research and problem solve, rather than relying on direction from others
- Relationship builder – able to work collaboratively across different stakeholder groups and comfortable being client facing. Interested, passionate and approachable, but also comfortable asking for help and operating in an ego-free environment
- Able to show resilience under pressure- can deal with ambiguity and adapt to change
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, whilst maintaining openness to direction
- Desire for continuous learning and growth mindset – interested in best practice and full of ideas, with a desire to learn outside of just standard training
- Strong technical capability – able to work across all Microsoft tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
