The Studio

Inhouse architectural studio is looking for a studio manager to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of operations! This is a forward-thinking and creative business that thrives on challenge and responsibility. 

The Opportunity

As Studio Manager you will be the operational heartbeat for this dynamic practice. The role isn’t just about keeping things ticking; it’s about helping to create an environment where their talented team can thrive.

This is an all-encompassing varied role. The day to day will include:

• Supporting the MD, scheduling meetings and appointments and preparing agenda’s acting as a support between employees, management and the wider group. 
• You’ll act as project manager where required, coordinating project tasks, timelines and deliverables supporting associate directors on resource management and project deadlines. 
• Assisting in the production of pitch and credential packages using In-Design and collaborate with marketing on website and social media content development. 
• Assist in marketing and PR tasks.
• Managing facilities, maintenance, house-keeping and providing general studio admin support. 

The Ideal Candidate

• A proven track record of managing office operations efficiently.
• While administrative duties are essential – a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity is desired. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organisational skills 
• Highly motivated, proactive, and attentive 
• Experience with macOS, Google mail, Google sheets strongly preferable 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) preferable 
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a creative industry, but other relevant experience will be considered. This role would suit someone eager to fulfill a long-term position in this studio and grow with the business.
