The Studio

Our client a hugely successful hospitality group requires a senior designer to join their talented in-house creative team.                                                 

The Opportunity

This is going to be a super creative and fast-paced role.  Working as the marketing director and supported by your colleagues you’ll be responsible for taking and developing creative ideas from concept through to completion. You’ll work across all communications from designing packaging and menus to multi-channel marketing campaigns with the scope to be involved in art direction too. You’ll be experienced working from concept through to final project delivery with solid experience creating effective design solutions across a variety of formats and materials [print and digital].

Being part of this in-house team will allow you the freedom to really get under the skin of this exciting brand and we are looking for an ambitious, conceptual designer full of creative energy who enjoys working across a variety of projects. 

This is a fast-growing company, and the opportunity for a graphic designer to truly shape the brands look and feel across all touch points. You’ll be joining a progressive and expanding company that offers learning and opportunity to grow. 

The Ideal Candidate

• At least five years experience working as a designer for an in-house brand ideally within the hospitality/retail or F&B sector.
• A multi-channel designer with solid experience across print and digital project delivery. 
• Experience across digital marketing.
• Confidence in sharing your work and presenting your ideas to senior team members and stakeholders.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and using these as a tool to develop creative ideas. 
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment and consistently delivering a high standard of work. 
• A positive and pro-active approach. 
• An absolute passion for design and an awareness of trends and creative developments. 
• An immediate start is highly desirable!
