We are seeking a driven and proactive Senior Account Manager.

This role is central to strengthening and growing our new and
existing Client partnerships, and building strong internal relationships
in order to deliver projects on time and on budget.

You will report to our Director of Client Partnerships on the day-to-
day running of live projects across our key client accounts, and work
alongside the Project Director, Director of Creative Strategy, and
Creative teams to ensure we’re delivering brave creative work for
our clients.

You need to be confident communicator in both internal and client
communications and have experience working across multiple
projects and workstreams simultaneously. You are detail-oriented,
love a fast-paced environment and can adopt and implement the
studio’s existing project management tools and processes.

With your client hat on you need to be strategically minded and
honing and a critical thinker – challenging client briefs, reviewing
and inputting on creative work and spotting opportunities to
strengthen and grow our client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing day-to-day client relationship and all client communication
  • End-to-end client handling, from project planning to budget management and managing timelines
  • Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met
  • Taking client briefs and developing high-level SOWs
  • Looking for opportunities for expand the scope of work and secure new projects within the client’s business

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a creative agency and excellent knowledge with project & studio processes
  • Experience supporting and running a range of different project types simultaneously, e.g. strategy-led, design and art direction, campaigns
  • Ability to problem solve and think proactively
