What the job does:

In-house Creative Artworker for Travel Retail VM at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd. Responsible for art-working print ready files, interpreting and iterating Global guidelines for Travel Retail environments supporting all bricks & mortar activations including launch campaigns, new shopfits, marketing & training events and more. Experience in video editing would be a massive plus to help support with video re-sizing and creation of marketing sizzle reels. You are a designer with an eye for detail, aware of manufacturing processes and with an understanding of print production across varied formats (duratran, direct-to-media, ink-jet etc). You will be an excellent communicator able to work cross-functionally across all TR teams to ensure artwork is always in-line with both brand direction and commercial requirements.


  • Ensure brand and campaign guidelines are adhered to in all executions
  • Accountable for producing all 2D creative assets, ensuring accuracy and precise attention to detail
  • Design and set up print-ready plate artwork to be used in all our TR stores globally
  • Ensure copy is up-to-date by working closely with the Global VM team and Marketing / Copy teams where necessary
  • Manage and maintain plate library
  • Create and maintain image and copy library, tracking model rights expiry update schedule
  • Function as an integral part of an agile in-store execution team by assisting VM + Store Design in creating brand assets to be used in campaign launches
  • Ensure all design requests are provided in time of release and project deadlines
  • Be positive, flexible and extremely well organized, have the skills and personality to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines. Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.



  • Experience as in-house designer or within a design agency – ideally with a luxury background
  • Experienced in art-working print ready files from small scale to large OOH
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent eye for detail – proofreading all designs to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Broad knowledge of various printing processes & techniques and experience creating print-ready artwork
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, able to multi-task and re-prioritize where needed
  • A creative mind who can successfully interpret a commercial brief
  • Have an interest in beauty/fashion
  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating all of the above
  • Experience creating video content
  • Knowledge of SketchUp or equivalent
