An independent and unique design studio with a focus on B2B, are looking for a Midweight Designer to join their team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Designer to join an established team of design professionals who have typically come from some of the most respected brand and strategy studios in London/globally.

The work is focused on rigorous brand strategy executed across campaigns of all types – film, social, digital, events, literature, environmental – there is huge variety. Brand storytelling is at the heart of what they do, and they are looking for someone brave and sparky who is confident in presenting their ideas to others. 
 
The B2B projects are often focused around CSR and purposeful work. Alongside this kind of work, there is also the opportunity to work on smaller passion projects (start ups for instance) and the agency are actively diversifying their client base. 
 
They value curiousity and the team have a shared passion for design, creativity and the arts in general. All of which they believe feeds into their creative work. They welcome fresh ideas and new inspirations. 
 
They work in a beautiful and inviting studio with a private garden in Clerkenwell – they are typically in 5 days a week – simply because they believe they work best together. 
 
 
You’ll be:

• An excellent brand and typographic designer.
• Confident at taking and defining a client brief and implementing ideas.
• Great at collaborating with your fellow team members of all specialisms.
• Proactive and able to problem solve.

 
You’ll have:

• 4-5 years (or thereabouts) experience working as a designer.
• Great working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including XD), Sketch and Figma (some motion, After Effects and UI/UX knowledge would be great too).
• Experience or openess to work within B2B.
