We are a growing agency looking for a Senior Designer who wants to be part of and help drive that growth.

Who are you?

– You are brave and curious, creating distinctive design with the ability to both originate ideas and to see them through to implementation.

– You have 5+ years of experience working agency side. Expereince in the UK top 10 agencies is a bonus.

– You have delivered Brand and Packaging projects. Knowledge digital design and motion is a plus.

– You are responsible and self motivated. You have expereincing leading projects from beginning to end.

– You are confident in presenting your ideas internally and to clients.

– You have excellent Adobe CC skills. Figma and Midjourney is a bonus.

– You demonstrate skills in illustration, typography and copywriting.

– You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment balancing and managing your time.

– You have the experience in mentoring more junior members of staff.

– You are positive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and willing to muck in wherever you’re needed.

• Flexible working. We work via a mixture of remote and studio time, 3 days in the studio with 2 working remotely.

• Work flexibly and work smart. Shorter hours than most agencies. We work 9.30 – 5.30 with flexibility. We don’t believe in working late – we all have personal lives. Though we recognise that sometimes this is necessary when we need to pull a presentation out of the bag.

• We encourage people to travel while working and offer 1 month working abroad every year.

• Each of our team is on their own tour of duty to deliver their personal growth and help them to achieve their career goals on a fast track.
