The Studio

Independent brand and communications agency seeks a senior designer to join their team. This agency are going through an exciting period of growth and seeking to bolster their creative team. You would be joining an agile, fast -moving studio working with a broad mix of clients. This studio offers hybrid working. 

The Opportunity

We are looking for an established senior designer. Reporting into the Design Lead you will set, exemplify, and push for the highest creative standards. The role demands energy and tenacity in creative problem solving, keeping the pace, and inspiring those around you. As an experienced creative and a strong communicator, you will naturally lead projects and own relationships for the studio. 

The role will require a real eye for opportunity; being able to think about how a design idea can become more, seeing the world through a different lens. You will deliver to the highest standards within a supportive, experienced, and growing team with a diverse family of clients.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree or similarly qualified, technically capable on the tools and with a thorough grasp of art direction, production, design implementation and execution.
• A senior designer with an impressive body of work across varied sectors.
• Experience working in branding creating brands from scratch. 
• A digital native, comfortable and confident in continually evolving applications.
• Demonstrate an understanding of brand realisation across a diverse range of brand communications, including print, digital, social media, animation/video, sound design & packaging.

• Be a good communicator who can articulate their ideas and creative concepts to the team and clients.
• Able to think on their feet and have a positive attitude. Always looking for ways to make things better and find solutions, not bring problems.
