About the Opportunity: This role is an opportunity to grow in a supportive, close knit environment from our London studio(s). A chance to contribute towards our digital projects while developing conceptual and traditional design skills. You should also be able to clearly communicate with web programmers and external partners throughout the build process. 

We’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Mastery of Figma is essential
• Proficiency in design and art direction
• Fluency in front end & back end development language
• Strong copywriting skills 
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite 
• After Effects / Motion Design is a bonus

You would:

• Collaborate closely with our Creative Directors, Strategy Director, Producers & Designers to bring brands to life
• Interpret strategy and design within a digital space
• Design websites for clients on mobile and desktop sites to a prototyping standard
• Accurately interpret and act on feedback from developers during build
• Have a team-player attitude and showcase willingness to learn
• Communicate effectively and concisely, knowing how to interrogate and distil briefs
