Title: Head of Design
Job Type: Permanent
Job Hours: Full time
Location: Hybrid / 1 day a week in central London office (usually Wednesdays)
Salary range: £80k – £85k

An award-winning B2B digital content marketing agency is looking for a Head of Design to lead their team.

You’re a skilled designer able to work across film, motion, animation, illustration and more. You can set the bar high for creative design work across the agency, but you don’t want to be the only one hitting it; you are a leader that teaches, challenges, and nurtures the designers around you to become the best versions of themselves.
 
You enjoy meeting and working with your clients and want to be their trusty advisor, translating complex subject matter into bold thinking, ideas and decisions that hit every mark.
 
You’re authentic in everything you do and like to show your true colours both in personality and design. You also enjoy working with people with the same fun, open mindset. The misfits. This agency really champions a playful and creative approach to everything they do. 
 
While you are happy to work mostly remotely, you’re also someone who loves spending time with their team – you wouldn’t say no to a boat party, game night, mini-golf or drinks after work.
 
 
You’ll be:

• A leader.
• Interested in data driven marketing.
• Interested in technology and B2B communications.
• Experienced overseeing and delivering a largely digital output.

 
You’ll have:

• 10 years + of experience in design.
• A great understanding of Creative Suite with specific knowledge of Figma.
• A keen interest in motion design and animation.
• A strong desire to step up and lead a team of talented specialists.
