Breaking into brand strategy can be tough, which is why we’re thrilled to offer our very first strategy internship program, starting this February.

We designed this internship to help anyone interested in a strategy role take their first steps towards understanding what it entails and whether it’s a good fit. During the program, you’ll gain exposure to our ways of working, contribute to live projects, and receive mentorship from senior team members.

A 6-week contract, starting mid-February (exact start date to be determined)

• An opportunity to gain experience of strategy within a brand agency and work in a collaborative environment.
• You will be supporting other members of the team with their projects, primarily but not exclusively our Strategy Director.
• Be exposed to different aspects and processes of a branding project, seeing how strategy connects to other disciplines.
• Regular one-on-one meetings with you to help you grow and set goals for your professional development.
• Work towards key milestones and set self-improvement goals.
• You will have the opportunity to learn and develop key strategy skills.
• As part of the team, you’ll be encouraged to attend internal meetings and share your thoughts and ideas.

What we are looking for:

This internship is designed for people breaking into strategy, and so we don’t expect you to have prior agency experience. We are much more interested in how you think, where your strengths lie, and what motivates you.

Do you have an innate curiosity which makes you want to understand people, ideas, technologies, business models, cultures, philosophies, or anything else you come across?

Are you able to clearly and effectively distil complex topics, in a way that makes them more accessible to non-experts?

Are you interested in different forms of creativity, and comfortable thinking and talking conceptually?

Are you a precise and imaginative communicator, able to use words both to capture hidden nuance and to tell a brilliant story?
