The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Artworker to be part of our planning team. This role is crucial in handling technical and organisational aspects of our work, with a particular focus on the production of large corporate reports and technical legal documentation.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and organising extensive textual and graphical content, with a strong emphasis on precision and efficiency. Prior experience in large report creation, especially within corporate settings, is highly desirable. Knowledge of GIS software is an added advantage.

 

This role is perfect for individuals skilled in general artwork, report preparation, and typesetting, rather than creative artworking.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

General

  • Organising and laying out text, images, and data in technical documents

  • Preparing documents for digital and print formats

  • Adhering to and enhancing document templates and workflows

  • Generating documents using data merge techniques

  • Communicating with internal teams about document requirements and deadlines

  • Applying brand guidelines to uphold corporate style

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years experience as an Artworker, handling large documents with significant amounts of text, diagrams and images

  • Advanced technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop

  • Proven experience managing workload, juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy

  • Good communication skills – written and verbal, including with external teams

 

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within the property/real estate sector considered advantageous

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides, etc.)

  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, GIS mapping software
