Prior experience in large report creation, especially within corporate settings, is highly desirable. Knowledge of GIS software is an added advantage.

  • Preparing documents for digital and print formats

  • Adhering to and enhancing document templates and workflows

  • Generating documents using data merge techniques

  • Applying brand guidelines to uphold corporate style

Required Skills and Experience

  • Advanced technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop

  • Proven experience managing workload, juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy

  • Good communication skills – written and verbal, including with external teams

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within the property/real estate sector considered advantageous

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides, etc.)

  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, GIS mapping software

We value the richness that unique perspectives bring to our team, and encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply, however applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
