How&How are seeking a full-time Studio Manager to join our London team. You will be an innate organizational force, have acute attention to detail and impeccable communication skills. The role is the entry into the Client Services team, where you will learn from our Account Managers how to run the internal operations of the studio, manage our internal creative projects and interface between the agency and our clients. The role requires you to look after the day-to-day running of the studio also—helping to organize birthdays, team retreats and social activities.

Topline: we need a warm, well-rounded, team-player to look after and nurture the London studio. Someone with a generous heart, razor-sharp communication and organizational skills and fastidious attention to detail.

Salary: £40,000 — 45,000 (DOE) + Bonus Options

What you’ll do:

• Assisting with all agency operations & admin including studio management, holidays, team events, social activities, skills allowance & travel
• Assist in agency finance, accounting & payroll
• Assist with creative production & agency resourcing
• Managing the diaries / travel for directors
• Set up & manage accounts on our various software for new starters & clients
• Maintaining & organizing agency platforms
• Assisting with onboarding & off-boarding of all agency employees
• Assisting with managing job applications
• Assisting in managing the sales pipeline
• Submitting agency work for various awards
• Supporting producers on various project deliveries
• Take meeting notes and follow up with actions of all internal & client meetings where required
• Help build presentation decks for meetings
• Proofing and reviewing designs and checking documents before they are sent off
• Manage small-medium client projects if required

What we’re after:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in an administration / agency account role
• Efficient, detail-oriented & incredibly organized
• Excellent communicator
• Sharp project management skills
• Already experienced in basic invoicing and bookkeeping
• Keen willingness to learn new software and systems
• Team player that’ll fit into our design-driven, collaborative team
• Articulate & confident in chairing meetings
• Able to build personal relationships and trust with clients
• Confident, calming voice of reason in stressful situations
• Able to get under the skin of clients’ issues
