From the epic to the intimate, our Location Based Experience (LBE) Team design, manufacture and install unique and meaningful experiences – from cultural attractions to art installations; from themed public spaces to narrative-driven destinations!

We are looking for Creative Producers to join our crew – one permanent and one fixed-term contract – responsible for leading the implementation of the creative vision and narrative through the design, development and production journey to delivery.
You’ll work collaboratively with the project team to develop and direct the creative and design requirements to meet our objectives.
These roles will be responsible for:
- Acting as the vision-holder for the project team – inspiring, maintaining and clearly communication the project’s creative intent to stakeholders.
- Managing the creative development, scheduling and execution of design deliverables from concept to completion, improving the workflow and creative process.

Who we’re looking for:
We need someone who is experienced in leading the process of creating and implementing exceptional spatial and narrative driven experiences, with a strong background in immersive digital story-telling.
You’ll have a proven ability to enhance the visitor experience for people – and you’ll be able to ignite and harness the creative skills of your team to create guest experience in a whole new realm.
We’d like to see a strong portfolio of high-impact, visitor-facing work that speaks to your creative approach. And we do need you to bring significant experience across content development, art direction and in-field experience-based work.
The ability to work collaboratively, be flexible to change and communicate professionally is a must!
