Leading and award-winning tech co is looking for an exciting senior digital designer to oversee website and digital/social campaigns.

Position Overview
We’re looking for Digital Designer with experience in designing beautiful interfaces and world-class digital experiences that drive impactful outcome. Reporting to the Director of Web Marketing, the mission of this role is to be responsible for the website design, evolution and optimisation, working on every stage of the design process, from research to delivery. You will be working closely with the Creative Director to shape and maintain the brand across all projects.

You will be tasked with concepting and creating designs for existing campaign assets and creating assets from scratch. You are a natural collaborator who can build working relationships with the Design and Web Marketing team alike to impact with your expertise of creating beautiful web and digital solution that are on-brand and on-brief – infusing quality and craft across in a B2B space.


  • Take full responsibility for the design of the company website, including designing all new pages and leading improvement on the existing site.
  • Conceptualize briefing designs ideas from different stakeholders.
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Implementing, maintain and develop standards and best practices for web design.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
  • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Designing email marketing campaigns and creatives.
  • Designing campaign specific landing pages and all the online ad creatives.
  • Working side-by-side with our developer to create and implement web designs that work within relevant technical restrictions.
    • Provide support where needed on other digital design projects outside of the website.
    • Keeping abreast of best practices in design led thinking and applying those as a leader

Required Skills:

  • You have 5+ years of experience of designing websites with strong B2B experience.
  • You are proficient in Figma or other UX tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • You have experience with behaviour and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Content Square.
  • You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within deadlines.
  • You’re able to take research and turn it into actionable insights and next steps.
  • You have a good understanding of content management systems.
  • You understand cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • You have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • You can manage the web design process from start to finish: from initial wireframes and concepts to final QA on webpages.
  • You design with the challenges and limitations of web development in mind to produce designs that are technically feasible.
