We’re looking to expand our account management team, helping us to build relationships with our clients and exceeding their expectations by delivering their projects on time and budget.

Working with our talented creative team, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of a variety of marketing projects across creative, design, digital and print. You will be tasked with delivering the highest levels of quality through clear consistent communication, compliance to budgets, briefs, SLAs and best practice. All of this you will be able to manage with confidence and a friendly approach.

You will need to have proven experience of working in a similar creative account manager role in either an agency or in-house function. This role requires you to have previously successfully managed a portfolio of key accounts, and have strong influencing, customer service and negotiating skills. You will be a great communicator, friendly, warm and someone our clients will love to work with. You will be exceptionally organised, and a stickler for detail, able to receive and interpret customer briefs for creative projects, agree project specifications to clients, advising timescales, costs and making recommendations where appropriate. You will need to attend briefing meetings with clients, interpret the brief and then liaise with our creative team to ensure you have enough information to undertake the project accurately and on time. You will need to have a creative eye too, managing design, artwork, digital, and print deadlines for projects within a fast paced environment.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, and can make a real difference to our agency’s ambitious plans for growth then get in touch for immediate consideration.

What’s in it for you?

You will work in our Leicester studio, and also have the ability to work from home for two days per week.

Pay will be competitive dependent on experience and skills, with a three month fixed contract leading to a full time staff contract if completed successfully. You’ll get 20 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and a company pension.
