What’s the role?

From packaging and POS, to inserts and emails, our small creative agency designs everything in-house. Being part of our in-house team will allow you the freedom to own, shape and really get under the skin of our brands, as well as working in a fast paced, highly iterative and extremely collaborative environment.

We are looking for an experienced multidisciplinary designer to support our big plans for innovation, as well as the general creative needs of the wider business. Reporting into our Head of Creative, you will be responsible for taking and developing creative ideas from concept through to final production. You’ll be working across a wide spectrum of projects and tasks, from ensuring we always look the part in stores to delivering unforgettable digital experiences.

Experience we need:

  • Strong portfolio that reflecting experience in creating packaging, designing for digital formats such as email and social. Motion design capabilities a real bonus
  • Serious skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • A solid knowledge of printing processes and how to set up print ready artwork
  • An understanding of how to create effective, cut through design for the retail environment
