Having started in the UK with mobile phone insurance, we recently launched home contents. Our ambitions are global, across consumer lines and we will be launching new lines every quarter.

We are looking for a Multimedia Digital Designer. This hands-on role is in our growing team in our London office (albeit working from home right now and unlikely to be returning to 5 days/week in an office), this role reports to the CMO.

About the role

You are a designer who is passionate about social media and digital marketing.
The Multimedia Digital Designer will manage all forms of digital campaigns from creative brainstorming, strategy development, launch, evaluation and optimisation.
This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will be required to take ownership of delivery of all digital content in the UK and help bring the brand to life.

Responsibilities include:

Being the advocate for all digital content being produced for the UK market which includes:

• Identifying, planning and creating all video content, ranging from Marhow-to-videos, product walkthroughs, announcements, launches, interviews and animations
• Social media content
• Paid marketing content
• Website maintenance
• Photography
• Ensuring the brand and tone of voice is echoed across all content.
• Creating branded attention-grabbing highly engaging content for social, mobile and digital platforms.
• Supporting the marketing team to ensure all digital assets are delivered in a timely manner.
• Working with the wider team to ensure all activity is supported with beautiful and relevant content.

Ideal candidate requirements

• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a startup environment
• Animation/motion graphics experience
• Experience of producing, shooting and editing photos and video content
• Proficient at using major editing software particularly Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects and InDesign, Figma
• Able to produce high quality content to tight deadlines
• Can take an idea from concept to planning to creation
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience of designing for different channels to maximise engagement
• Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines at once

Desirable

• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and how to maximise engagement
