OVERALL PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Art Director, with a design background and a proven track record in the fashion, beauty and luxury industry to join us here at Spring. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating compelling and innovative content, with high level execution across disciplines of photography, film & design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work under the Creative Director on concepting and delivering exceptional creative work.
• Ideate and execute creative concepts to a high standard across digital, film and print.
• Strong Understanding of strategy and experience executing strategic direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
• Present and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Execute multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Lead film and photographic shoots.
• Lead e-commerce, social, and ATL campaigns within fashion, luxury and beauty.
• Collaborate with post production teams.
• Developing concepts to suit the client’s needs, budget, and timeframe.
• Network of talent (Photographers, Directors, DOPs, Stylists, MUAs).
• Lead visual and cultural research.

CAPABILITIES

Qualifications, Skills and Characteristics– Required

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in e-commerce, social, and ATL campaigns within fashion, luxury and beauty.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and to delegate work efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Excellent typography, layout and design skill.
• Good judgment, highly organized and methodical.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely motivated.

Experience – Required

• 3-5+ years experience as an Art Director.
• Previous experience within creative agency.
• Experience on set
