We are working with a craft-led independent identity agency, to find them a strategic and conceptual Middleweight Designer who loves and gets brands.

This agency combines the power of good design with storytelling, to create brands that are forward-thinking, ethical and generate positive and lasting value and they do this by working within print, digital, and experiential in a multitude of deliverables.

The ideal Middleweight will show a beautifully presented portfolio of projects that you have been involved in creating. You’ll be software savvy, enthusiastic, and confident to lead junior members of a design team. Your experience will have been in a branding agency.

This agency are really not sector specific, you’ll get a chance to work on a variety of projects – you might be creating a brand identity for a UK based fashion artist, placemaking for a US city, creating an online music platform, branding and marketing a historical museum, or creating an identity for a UK and US based biotech company. This role will certainly offer you a wealth of variety in your work and offer exposure to some real cutting edge and innovative projects.

Ideally we are looking for someone from a known strategic branding agency and can show examples of detailed brand case studies in their folio.
