Summary of the Role: As a Senior Designer at Platform 195, you will play a pivotal role in leading design efforts across our client portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on and oversee development of a wide range of creative and design projects, from collaborating on concept development to bringing creative territories to life, creating digital design assets, video editing and production, and designing multi-channel assets and graphics. You will be at the forefront of translating our and our client’s visions into visually stunning and impactful designs.

What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a creatively minded Senior Designer who is not only proficient in all major editing software but is also passionate about working in a fast-growing, impactful agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Proven Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your outstanding design work across various mediums, including digital design, video editing, and graphic design.
• Creative Vision: The ability to collaborate on concept development and translate ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
• Adaptability: The willingness to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies to ensure our clients’ creative and design needs are met.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring projects to fruition.

Your role & responsibilities:

As a Senior Designer at Platform 195, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and refine design concepts.
• Creating visually striking digital design assets, including website graphics, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Editing and producing high-quality videos to meet client objectives, from high impact social content to longer digital films and showreels.
• Designing multi-channel assets and graphics for various campaigns and platforms.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
