We are TwelfthMan – a digital first sports branding agency. We service world-class clients from our offices in central London and are passionate about sport, design and digital innovation.

We are looking for a heavyweight contender, someone who is ready to take their next big challenge head on. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, extremely talented team player who has a track record in producing bold, beautiful and inspirational work.

You will have a proven track record in an agency background and a thorough understanding of branding. You will be confident in communicating directly with clients and being accountable for all forms of creative deliverables.

We are looking to see portfolios which blow us away. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting teams in sports branding.

This role is specifically to help with one of our most prestigious and long term accounts. Working across a range of projects in everything from brand identity to environmental graphics, this role is one for someone with a passion for sports and a love for design.

Skills and experience;

• 8+ years’ design agency experience

• Highly creative and strategic with beautifully crafted execution

• Proven track record of delivering creative across digital and print platforms in sport

• Conceptual thinking and ideas driven

• Commercial awareness and confidence

• Demonstrable experience in mentoring, motivating and inspiring others

• Ability to perform consistently and reliably under pressure

• Proactive approach to technology, software and industry innovations

• Extensive experience of working with visual identities using established brand guidelines

• An open and sociable personality is also essential. We are looking for a team player!

• Salary – (£40-45k dependant on experience)
