We are growing our technician team at UCA and seeking to appoint technical Tutors in Adobe Applications.

As a Technical Tutor, you will need an expert level of experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, especially, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Holding Adobe Certification as ‘expert’ or ‘instructor’ is desirable but training and development to become qualified can be provided.

At UCA Epsom, this role will support our Fashion & Textiles portfolio and the Business School for the Creative Industries so knowledge of 3D software for fashion applications (e.g. Adobe Substance, Clo3D, Browzwear) and experience relating to photography, video, design, web, UX and social media is desirable.

You will teach and enable learning that is aligned to the learning outcomes of the courses and work with Programme Directors to define technical processes and the level of instruction required.

Your role will be to prepare materials to support students in their technical learning so experience of teaching and supporting students at a range of levels and specific learning differences is essential.

You will be able to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach when supporting both students and staff. This is a dynamic role that needs excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to apply initiative, problem solve and work as part of a team.
