In this client facing role, your ideas need to be relevant, robust and most importantly, campaignable. You should be able to see employees of all levels, engaging with the idea, taking it to their hearts and developing a better understanding of the overall purpose of their work and the business that they’re in.

You will be surrounded by some seriously smart people in the creation of graphic design (for websites, print materials etc), film, video, motion graphics. Working alongside consultants, producers and like-minded creatives. The output will be broad and varied, but bespoke according to the message. Content is key.

This agency likes designers that have broad interests and want to get stuck into all aspects of communication. If you just want to ‘do’ graphic design and nothing else, this role isn’t for you.

You will have around 3-5 years experience already demonstrating your use of independent initiative to establish and develop a brief.
