Established in late 2015, Mantra Capital Group consists of:

  • Mantra Commercial Finance – which structures and arranges debt finance for businesses, entrepreneurs, and families. Mantra Commercial helps clients who operate across several sectors including Property, Dental, Care Homes, Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Children’s Nursery etc.
  • Mantra Mortgages – which is a whole of market brokerage that helps people with arranging residential and buy to let mortgages as well as life cover and critical illness cover; and
  • Mantra Insurance – which is a general insurance brokerage

With offices based in Central London, the team is now 21 people strong and growing. To that effect, the business is looking to hire a Social Media/Marketing manager to help develop the company’s reach.

Key roles include:

  • Managing the firms Twitter, Facebook and Instagram handles
  • Designing, creating and posting regular content about the firm, the deals that the business is doing and any regular key
    messages that need to be shared
  • Taking content from the sales teams and designing appropriate press releases
  • Interfacing with industry journals and magazines providing content to be published
  • Designing and implementing a communication strategy for social media channels
  • Help launch new brands/products by designing the releases

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years commercial design experience
  • Experienced with video filming and editing to release media content
  • Ability to create and direct campaigns independently
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Canva
  • Website usability knowledge
  • Website re-modelling experience and the ability to amend websites / work with developers to manage edits
  • Ability to carry out basic video editing or a desire to self-learn

Position is full time and will be office based.
