To support our rapid growth we are searching for a full-time designer to come and join the crew If you’re comfortable juggling multiple brands and briefs and you aren’t afraid to push creative boundaries we want to hear from you

What the job involves:

  • Manage design projects from start to finish and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the vision for each project is realised
  • Design for digital sales assets and marketing campaigns including sales brochures, social medial assets and ads, banners infographics, and more
  • Design 50+ page, in-depth industry reports (digital & print) that keep readers engaged
  • Logo and brand design for new products and communities
  • Designing/redesigning website pages with UX in mind
  • Occasionally work on other marketing and brand collateral including but not limited to sticker and apparel swag, and slide presentations
  • Build brand guideline docs to ensure consistency across product and marketing brand representations
  • Produce and edit light video content; collaborate with external partners on complex video projects and animations
  • Collaborate with external freelance designers on ongoing projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years design experience
  • Fully proficient across the Adobe Suite
  • A strong and broad portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles across digital, web, and print (in a fast-paced or start-up environment would be a bonus)
  • Highly creative and imaginative individual, able to take a brief and run with it
  • A great communicator who understands how to pitch ideas verbally and visually with sketches, wireframes, and mock-ups
  • Have strong layout, typographic, and visualising skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to move quickly between projects and competing demands
  • A brand guardian with an appreciation of brand guidelines, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Able to work well using own initiative, as well as collaborate and work with freelance designers and small collaborative team
  • A passion for experimentation with new design techniques and technologies
  • Knowledge of wireframing and production of digital assets
  • (Desirable) HTML, HTML5 & CSS knowledge
