SUMMARY

ELSE are looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to expand our Experience Design team. This individual will play an important role in driving the vision, design and delivery of innovative and imaginative design work.

With your thorough attention to detail, you’ll set high standards for our creative output. Constantly finding innovative ways to push technology and create inspirational experiences through your design work. You can confidently lead teams through projects, bringing brands to life through intuitive interfaces that can delight the end-user. You thrive in tackling complex interface challenges, developing appropriate tonal interpretations and bringing clarity, order and understanding to emotive and intangible brand requirements. You’re at your best in a highly collaborative environment, a team player who leads with a can-do attitude.

ELSE is a strategic design consultancy that helps businesses create innovative and effective product and service experiences. For the last 10 years, we’ve worked on projects from the tea farms of Kenya to the global hub of Fintech; wherever people, brands and technology come together.

At ELSE, we work a 4-Day week for our clients, investing every second Friday to explore new products, challenge areas or speculative design projects. Our Academy philosophy promotes ongoing learning and development and aims to ensure you leave better than when you arrived.

We are focused on effectiveness and impact and have recently won a gold in the DBA Design Effectiveness Awards, ensuring measurable impact is part of our approach to our work. Current clients include O2, where we are leading the product and service innovation for Priority as an embedded part of their product team. We are also working in gaming, tourism, finance and healthcare, as well as working on start-up and scale up propositions.
