JOB TITLE: Motion GFX Lead
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTING TO: Creative Content Lead
JOB FUNCTION: To oversee and drive our in-house motion graphics team to produce high quality original content and to amplify existing and developing features.
DIRECT REPORTS: Motion GFX Producer / Motion GFX Junior
LOCATION: London
CONTRACT: 10am-6pm five days per week (occasional weekends). Permanent.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead motion graphics creative quality and innovation across all TV projects.
• Assist with workflow allocation and deliverable’s expectations across graphics department.
• Create highly engaging content designed for all social platforms.
• Understanding of what creative performs strongly across all individual social platforms.
• Work closely with our Creative and Marketing departments to consider our brand style and strategy in our production.
• Participate strongly in creative development meetings and presentations.
• Regular proposal of new styles and trends to consider in our creative.
• To be able to work across multiple projects at the same time and under occasional time pressures.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Keen interest in sports.
• Minimum five years (preferably agency) experience.

• Regular production of innovative and exciting motion gfx designs.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Audition.
• Additional knowledge of Cinema4D or 3D rendering would be an advantage.
• Extremely high-level examples of previous work.

Experience:

• Minimum five years (preferably agency) experience.
• Successful “Best in class” social content examples.
• Some commercial and partner content collaboration work.
• Experience of working within a brand strategy identity.
