Make is a growing digital agency in the heart of East London. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a new Digital Designer to join our growing team.

This role is currently remote, but the plan is to return our East London office once we can work together safely post-COVID.

It’s a fast paced dynamic environment. No two projects are the same. You’ll work alongside three other designers, a team of marketeers and website developers to create amazing custom websites, along with creative social media campaigns.

We’re looking for an all rounder who can creative industry leading website designs, along with engaging motion video creative for social media.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in design
  • An impressive portfolio of design work showing a clear passion for beautiful website design and social media creative
  • An eye for detail and spotting pixel perfection
  • An ability to explore and implement unique and inspiring ways to bring brands to life in a digital environment
  • Fluency in Adobe CC Suite including Adobe XD
  • Creating video assets for display ads and social media stories
  • Incredible prototyping skills to make ideas tangible
  • An understanding of front-end development, it’s flexibilities and it’s limitations
  • A fluent vocabulary of all things UX/UI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • An infectious love for design and willingness to inspire the team, making sure we always look our best and ultimately grow our business

Salary:

Depending on experience
