The Position
Working across a number of creative projects for luxury brands and global household names. You will lead, direct and design world-class projects – overseeing studio output from brand identity to graphics, packaging, brand campaigns, and some experiential projects too.
This agency champions versatile graphic designers, who aren’t pigeon-holed on a specific output. You might have a specialism, that’s great, but you want and embrace variety, meeting challenges and offering beautiful, often simple solutions.

What We’re Looking For
There is room for an extremely talented designer here – a crafter – who wants to grow in terms of leadership and direction. Ideally though we want the full package. Someone who wants to design, strategise, consult, motivate, lead and inspire!
You’ll be strategically minded, able to build and deliver presentations with a high degree of creative eloquence, getting buy-in from the client audience.
Naturally, with a role such as this, we’re looking for a beautifully crafted portfolio of work, work that pushes boundaries and disrupts categories. We’d like to see impressive clients in there too, brands we know and love to prove you’re up for the challenge!

What’s On Offer?
- £45,000 – 55,000
- A company-wide bonus (up to 9% of salary)
- 26 days holiday (+ bank holiday)
- Two company away days a year.
- Full-time remote working (for the time being). Eventual need to be based in Manchester, at least a few days a week.
